Content Creator
Are you someone who automatically reaches for a camera when something beautiful, funny, or unexpected happens? Do you naturally spot moments and think: we could do something with this? And do you enjoy approaching people, taking initiative, and being out and about?
As a Content Creator at BlueFinn, you won’t spend your days sitting behind a desk. You’ll be out there capturing our tours, experiences, and the people behind them. One day you might be sailing to Klein Curaçao, the next you’re alongside an ATV tour or capturing the atmosphere of a Sunset Cruise. You need to switch gears easily, spot opportunities independently, and feel comfortable around both guests and colleagues. Sometimes you’ll know exactly what you want to create; other times, the best content simply happens right in front of you – and you need to be the one who sees it.
What will you do?
You’ll spend a lot of time out and about, right in the middle of everything happening at BlueFinn. You’re constantly looking at your surroundings through a content lens: where’s the great shot, spontaneous moment, or story worth sharing? Sometimes you’ll head out with a clear idea, while other times the best content simply happens along the way.
- Create daily content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Produce and publish Reels, Stories, and videos
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments
- Film and photograph tours, excursions, and events
- Spot social media trends and translate them into BlueFinn content
- Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content ideas
- Help grow and engage our online community
What are we looking for?
You don’t need to have every detail planned out, but you do need to spot opportunities and take initiative. You’re curious, creative, and social, have a good sense of what works online, and feel just as comfortable approaching a group of guests as you do a colleague. Grab the camera and make it happen.
- You are creative, independent, and enthusiastic
- You feel completely at home on social media
- You have experience creating and editing video content
- You understand what performs well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- You are outgoing and comfortable approaching people
- You are not afraid to be behind or in front of the camera
- You speak English well (Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus)
- You are flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends to capture content
