What to expect?

We board the catamaran at Mood Beach (Mambo Blvd) and set course for the most beautiful snorkel sites around Caracas Bay and the Spanish Waters.

Our first stop may be the famous Tugboat, a sunken tug covered in corals and sponges, surrounded by schools of tropical fish. Other possible spots include the Saba wreck, Doggy Beach, or the Caracas Bay pier. Exact locations vary by day depending on conditions, as our crew always selects the best and safest options.

After your first snorkel session, it’s time to relax. A fresh light lunch buffet is served on board while you enjoy views of the coastline, including the historic Fort Beekenburg, the impressive cliffs of Caracas Bay, and the striking Table Mountain.

We continue with a second snorkel stop, where you’ll again have the chance to see colorful fish, corals, and maybe even turtles or rays.

On the return trip, we cruise through the exclusive Spanish Waters lagoon, lined with yachts and waterfront villas. Relax on deck with a drink from the open bar and end your day in true island style.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Snorkeling Trip

I arrive on Curacao by cruise, can I join this trip?

Yes, but please plan carefully. The Catamaran Snorkel Trip departs from Mood Beach at 10:00 AM. This location is about 20–30 minutes from the Curaçao Cruise Terminal. If your cruise docks early, you’ll likely be able to check in by 9:45 AM. The trip returns at 3:00 PM. Please note: joining is at your own risk. Late arrival or no-show = no refund.
Can children join the trip?

Yes, children are welcome! Parents should be aware that this is a 5-hour boat trip with snorkeling stops. Children must always be supervised by their parents or guardians. Babies can join, but please note there are no baby facilities on board.
Do I need to be an experienced snorkeler?

Not at all. This trip is suitable for beginners and experienced snorkelers alike. Our crew is happy to assist you with gear and tips.
Is snorkel equipment included?

Yes, mask and snorkel are included. If you prefer your own set, you’re welcome to bring it along.
Are there shaded areas on the catamaran?

Yes, the catamaran has both shaded seating and open sun decks.
Can I bring valuables on board?

We advise keeping valuables to a minimum. Small personal items can be safely stored, but the crew cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
What if it rains?

The trip goes ahead in light rain. In case of extreme weather, we will contact you about rescheduling or refund.
